When I plug my Magnavox DVD player into my Philips Magnavox TV it turns off randomly in the movie and sometimes it turns off after you turn it on about 3-5 times. What can I do to stop it?

Is your tv turning off or your dvd player? If it's the tv, you may have the sleep (power off after-- minutes) turned on.
