What would that make you?
A sue- er
get it? Sewer? Haha
I think it's funny how Americans like to sue everyone. Just write to the company and tell them, they will send you a remote and probably some other stuff too if you complain enough
You should contact the company first and tell them about the issue. if they refuse to help you(most unlikely). you can send them to the disputes tribunal to get things sorted you will have to have a legal contract(eg. receipt) with the seller or they are not obliged to help you.
it takes money to send them to the disputes tribunal but if you win the case you can get your money back. it's best to gather as much evidence. e.g screen shots of the web page-false advertising
Sue? Uh, no.
Just contact them and tell them the package was missing the remote.
