My DVD-RW doesn't detect that it's a DVD player. Why is that?
I have a Matshita UJ850S in my HP laptop. It reads CD's and I'm guessing it will burn CD's, but it doesn't read or burn DVDs. It's like it doesn't know it's a DVDRW and thinks it's just a CD drive. What's going on???
