    my dvd cd/rom drive dosent respond in my computer and this is what it say's

    Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)

    You need to go to the company website (the manufacturer) and download drivers for it.

    go to your device manager and update or roll back the driver It might fix it that way.
