i was trying to listen to a cd and a message pops up saying that i do not have a driver. So i tried to see what the problem was and there is this yellow little Sign by the driver and it says " Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" ive tried everything. i start school in a day on friday and i need this to work. i have a gateway with windows vista. can someone help me!!!!!!!!?????????

happened to me the other day on my HP all i did was shut it down and restart. works perfectly again. i am running vista also.
