...computer,can anyone help? I started my computer in safe mode to do a good clean up I ran Registry Defense,SmithfraudFix,and norton file cleanup.and now the 2 drives will not work and are missing when I open my computer.Thanks for any advice.

Must be a File System Error. Insert your OS Cd or some Drive Partitioner and check if it shows your Missing Hard Drive. If Yes Re Partition it & then Format it through your OS. If the Missing Drive Space is Not Shown then Contact your Service Provider.

check your cd or dvd cable its properly fixed or not then check ur rom drives they are detected or not on ur system bios.
