Thread: on my dads xbox 360 whenever i put a disc in it reads it as a dvd is this a

permanent or fixable problem? i go to my dads every once and a while and we like to play the xbox but the problem is that 90% of the time (if anything im underestimating the percentage) it reads the perfectly clean normal xbox360 disc as a dvd and when i click play (out of frustration) it comse up this is an xbox360 disc please play in an xbox360 machine we have tryed multiple lens cleaning discs but to no avail
