I just bought this new HP and when i first used it it played dvd's fine and now it doesn't play them anymore...it says that i need to lower the resolution but i did and it didn't work....i don't know what to do....help!!!!

You should go and download the G-Spot program, It help you to recognize what the movie files or the media file needed to play the stuff that you wanted!
