My computer cannot locate the dvd/cd drive, please help?
I have a Dell Inspiron 1520 (which by the way is a piece of s***, never get one, nothing but problems), I have recently had a new hard drive installed because it just stopped working and my laptop has been misbehaving since. It's now telling me it can't locate the dvd/cd drive at all. When I look on the device manager it says........ 'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)'. It worked fine at one point even with the new hard drive, it just stopped working yesterday.
If there's anyone that could help me with this, I'd be extremely grateful.
