Mini laptops with CD/DVD Rom drives?

I am looking to find out if any "mini" lap tops have a built in CD/DVD Rom drives? I am trying to avoid the external drives. Money is not a problem is technology?

Netbooks, by licensing requirements are not allowed to have CD ROM drives.

Microsoft sells Windows to computer manufacturers at a discounted rate for computers licensed as Netbooks or Mini's. As part of that contract, they cannot have CD ROM drives. This licensing prevent them from having to provide CDs for the OS backup, and instead load a Boot Partition on the Drives for restoration purposes.

So, in short, you will not find a Mini or Netbook with a Drive.

If you want a Netbook, or "mini" Laptop, you will have to buy an external CD ROM drive if you wish.

(Add to that, any laptop with a 10" or less screen has no onboard space for a CD ROM drive)

You won't be able to find a mini laptop with a drive, you'll have to put up with the external drive or get a regular laptop.
