    If I transfer a VHS tape to a DVD, would the picture come more clearer? or would...

    ...it look like the VHS tape? DVD's are more clearer than VHS tapes, and I want to tranfser some of the stuff I recorded on VHS to DVD, Would the picture be more clear like how pictures look on DVD? - I hope so

    When u record stuff on VHS, they tend to look more blurry and not so clear

    it will apear slightly more clear, but the picture quality will still remain the same

    Your quality won't be any better than your source. But transfering your video tape to DVD will prevent the image from getting any worse which is usually what happens with tapes over time.
