If I have an iso image of a movie, how exactly in detail do I burn the movie

onto a blank dvd-r with the menu? I know how to burn iso images to blank dvd's/cd's, because I burn iso images of pc games using isopower. But all I want to know is if I burn an iso image of a movie onto a dvd-r, will the menu come up with the special features and all that good stuff. I have bootleg's that I bought, but its bothering me knowing how exactly they got the movie menu and special features onto the disk...so basically, all im asking is, is it possible with an iso image of a movie?
