if I buy a dvd from reg.2, will it have all the languages from that coded area?

I'm buying a disney movie from spain and I was wondering if the fact that it's region 2 meant that it would also come in french, german, swedish, etc.

would I be guaranteed a movie in finnish, if I cared to watch it in finnish?
