You should burn iso image to Cd first , Nero can be do that , burn iso with Nero into CD , then restart your computer, when your computer starts press F2 or DEL for go Boot menu, after you go boot menu, go BOOT Priority settings and make CDROM as a first bootable then press F10 Save settings .
