can burn files in Picasa.? My CD/DVD driver cannot recognize media in it. The driver is listed in COMPUTER in desktop. I can burn files with Picasa, but I can't play music CDs or DVDs of any type. This happened suddenly. I reinstalled the driver but no help. I tried the HP hardward diagnostic tool, but it too did not recognize a cd in the driver. Anybody have any ideas,please.
