Thread: i forgot to format the dvd before use, now it wont play on pc??

I have a Samsung VP-DC172W Digital Camcorder and when i usually film something i format the disc first, then finalise it. Then it plays fine on my computer.
However if i dont format the disc it wont play on the pc (just comes up blank disc)
I have something i want to edit on movie maker on the computer, but i didnt format the disc first.....so it wont play!!
is there anyway i can get it on my computer??

Please help.....im obviously not very technical!!

Try finalising it if you haven't done that yet.
