exclamation point in device managerr? Dvd external rom drive is not being recognize?
in device manager i see yellow exclamation point next to my dvd rom drive,i have clicked update drivers,etc, and when i go to my computer,i don't see my f drive there and the device manager keep showing yellow exclamation point,please help

I did restore now i don't see my dvd rom drive and it's showing yellow

Right-click on the drive and select 'Properties' to see what is actually wrong.
