I bought an Insignia flat screen TV with DVD player in the TV.I can't get it off

DVD mode & back to T.V. ?? It came with no remote or manual. I just figured out how to get the DVD player to work, but now I can't get it off and back to TV. I am using my cable remote. Please help. I'm stuck.
