i am trying to put a dvd onto Cucusoft ipod to dvd converter and it won't work!?
So, i put in a DVD and open up my cucusoft. i bought the program. Everytime i do i go to 'open file' but i don't know where to find the dvd. if i think i've found it, i put it on there but then a window pops up and says 'if you want to convert a dvd, we strongly recommend cucusoft dvd to ipod converter. (i already bought it) then it also says would you like to download it now?' it makes me so mad because i already bought it and i can't put dvds on it but i just don't understand! help me please!
