How to remove DVD-ROM from a Xion Solaris?

Anybody that has had a Xion Solaris before knows what I'm talking about, how do I remove the DVD ROM from its location? I unscrewed it, I unplugged it, but when I push forward it just hits the front metal of the tower, but I can't push it out from the back either... Any help would be appreciated!
