I've been doing the Ultimate Body sculpt (pink dvd cover) from Kim Kardashian's workout DVDs for the past 2 weeks now and I've been getting great results! I have lost 4 lbs already and an inch in my wasit and hips.
My question is, around how many calories am I burning? I'm on sparkpeople.com and you have to log how many calories you burned in your workout. I'm roughly guessing that part one of the workout ( lower body strengthning with weights,squats, lunges, aerobic movements: low impact) for 20 mins is burning around 135 calories...and and the second part on the aerobic stepper (high impact) is burning 185 cals for 15 mins.
Does this sound correct?
Somebody plz reply if you know the correct burned calories. Thanks!
