How i can emulate the "GTA:SA" from PS2 dvd on my PC As Smoother 'n glitchless !?

I have "PCSX2" with some plugins like:
gpu: GSDX9
spu: P.E.Op.S sp2_1.9
bios: all !?
My system is :
intel Q6600 4core
2GB ram patriot
Geforce 8800 GT
GByte X36 MB
