How do you burn a DVD from something you downloaded on Itunes?

I am using Roxio or Windows DVD. It seems like I can't convert the video files from a downloaded podcast.

What do you recommend? How do you change the format to a wmv?

you can't unless you convert the file types or actually purchase the song on itunes.
