How do I save a movie from a dvd+r & then copy it to another dvd+r?

I have a lot of movies that someone made from me on dvd+r's and I would like to save them to my computer , and then copy and sav them to a new dvd+r so I can give copies to my sister for her kids to watch on their dvd player. I have a dell computer if that helps. Can some1 help please? Thanks
