Thread: How do i record a clip from a movie if the dvd is encrypted and wont let me record?

Im using REAL player to try and record a 50 second clip (not the whole movie) when i try to record that part from the dvd it says owner does not allow recording...
what can i do to record that 50 second part of the movie(dvd)?

I have the Dvd movie already burned on a blank dvd(i copied it) and it STILL wont let me record

It is a free recording software that captures all images and videos on the screen, so you could just install the program, begin recording, switch over to realplayer to play your DVD. After you're done, save the file and you should have the clip you wanted.
