how do i get to the alter ending from the I AM LEGEND DVD?

I am trying to acess the alter ending of I Am Legend featured on the commercials.
I have the dvd but i don't know how to get to it.

Go to Bonus/Special Features. It should be there, at least it was on the Blu-Ray.

Sucks you have to watch the whole movie over again just to see it.

which dvd did you get. it's probably in an easter egg so when you hit each screen, (main screen vs scenes screen vs bonus features, etc always hit the left/right arrows and it'll probably click on a hidden object. that' sthe egg.

if not try YOUTUBE. i saw it and I wasn't IMPRESSED. so much hype with that movie, and it wasn't a vampire movie really at ALL.
