How do I convert a DVD soundtrack to an audio file that I can load on my iPod?

I have a DVD of a concert, and I want to rip the tracks to use as audio files. I have the entire Adobe Creative Suite - but I don't know how to use the production software. If someone has an answer that utilizes any of those programs, that would be great.
