Is there a cable or anything I can do without buying a new DVD player, to make a US DVD play on my UK player? Thanks!

buy a pal to ntsc converter from walmart or e-bay wich will help u to play those dvds.....by the way pal is uk tv version and ntsc is usa tv version...
