One of my dad's friends has asked me to help him with his new camera that takes video. He is taking video of his horses and wants to be able to put all the different clips together like a slideshow, put them to music, and put the completed movie on a DVD and send to potential buyers of his horses. I've been doing that with Windows Movie Maker for years, no problem, but his camera makes the video files in .mov, which is not accepted by WMM. I know it would be super easy to convert the files, I do that all the time. But I need a way to show him how to do it himself since I won't be there all the time, and he isn't great with computers. Is there a program like WMM that will work with .mov files that is simple enough for a technologically-impared horse trainer? Please help! And thanks in advance!
