Thread: How can i put a movie onto a dvd disk?

The disk is a DVD+R and has more then enough room for the movie. I have Nero but it doesn't work. I've tried the create a data dvd but it wont play in my dvd player. And it doesn't have create a video dvd for some reason. Is there any other way I can put my movie onto the disk so it can play on my dvd player? Thanks.

I believe it requires a special program to do it.

If you've got windows movie maker, import and put your movie on the time line and on the right click on "Save Movie" and then click "to DVD." at this point you need to have you DVD in you PC and then it'll ask you for the title, and stuff like that. After that, click burn and it'll be on the DVD. Then test it out on a DVD player. (The Apple MAC has something, like movie maker, and i think their similar)
