Is there a program to use or anything? Please help!!
You need to save it to your hard drvie. Then open your email, and send it as an attachment
that sound ghetto, you could mail it to your friend, but the shiping cost will probably cost more than if your friend went and bought it herself. is your friend poor? maybe she could borrow a copy from the library in her village.
The DVD has files on it, and you can send the files by clicking 'attach' in your e-mail and then browsing to the DVD and selecting the files to send.
HOWEVER, DVDs containg a huge amount of information, and it will take forever to transmit that much data attached to e-mail. Most e-mail services limit the amount of data you can send attached to e-mail, and the person yhou're sending it to probably has a limit to how much data they can receive.
Another way to get the DVD to the friend would be to put it on a website, and let them download the information from the net. Same issue, however: sized limits, time in building the website, and time in uploading the information.
Be easier to put the DVD in the mail and send it to the friend.
You can use this http://www.sendthisfile.com/?rc=transferfile&gclid=CNHD3-W3t5ECFQ6CPAoduHi5CA
BUT your talking severl hundred meg of data and your talking several hours of uploading and downloading so i would recommed just sending some one a dvd in the mail.
