How can I mix a subtitle from a DVD in another DVD(Adding a subtitle from a...

...DVD to another DVD)? I just want to add a subtitle from a DVD to another DVD(the same movie that does not include that subtitle language)?
I wanted to try it with nero recode but the subtitle is only movable WITH the movie that includes the subtitle.
