    how to burn window 7 to DVD?

    Hi guys I am trying to download window 7 from the microsoft side and put it to DVD. I don't know how to do it I have been google but I couldn't understand some of the explanation I saw from google. they are talking things like ".iso" I don't what is that mean can anyone give a brief explanation about ".iso" and how do I do it. I am not not good at this technology thing but I am not dumb from it either. so please help out with this thanks.

    Install this free program:
    http://www.imgburn.com/

    Use that to load the ISO and burn it to a DVD.

    If you have another Windows 7 computer, it has a built-in ISO burner. Just right click on the ISO to burn it to a DVD.

    ISO is a bootable image file.

    You burn the ISO onto a CD or DVD depending on the size.(CD < 650-700 MB)

    Every burner will accept the ISO file as input

    You then boot using the newly burnt ISO
