how to burn dvd from multiple image files ?

i have one tv drama on nine Cds, which i have made ISO files for each. now i have 9 iso files that i want to burn on DVDs, how i can i do that and as we know Cds dont have quality resolutions, is it possible to increase resolution and quality of my entire TV drama ?
