I know that burning a Blu-ray disc to DVD by getting a computer that has a Blu-ray disc burner is the essiest way to my prlblem. But now my computer doesn't have this function and I have not made any plan to buy one in a year or two.So please give me some useful suggestions! THX!

You need a blu-ray drive (RW=Re-writable) in your computer to burn blu-rays.You can however stream blu-ray movies from your PC to your tv if you have a ps3, using ps3 media server.
Also, you need a blu ray disc to burn a bluray file.
