I just got a new laptop with this software and every dvd that I try to copy it states its dirty. No matter if I just took it out the package or cleaned it a hundred times. Is there anyway I can get it to stop being so sensitive?

roxio creator 9 is the worst thing for a laptop if u can delete it u should. try using windows disk creator it is manufactured still unlike roxio 9 i do belive that it is almost impossiable to delete roxio from a windows visa basic or below(ie. xp.)
