...you see results?how often did you use? I have been using her 30shred for a month 4-5 times a week aside from one week. I started also using her "no more trouble zones" dvd last week and use it 2-3times a week. I also do her "yoga meltdown" dvd 4-5 nights a week.

Please no answers like "google it" or something stupid. Also include how often you used the dvd, if you changed your diet and if you saw any results

also please don't tell me to go run or get a gym membership, I have a membership but due to health reasons I'm not recommended to run alot until further notice. My goal is long, lean muscle with fat weight loss.
