On eBay, there is a Full House DVD (CompleteSet) & on the item info. it says that it is "CLOSED-CAPTION". Does that mean it has English Subtitles on the actual DVD?

On eBay, it says there is no subtitles on another same item. Im confused, so the same DVD, one has subtitles but the other doesn't?
I want English subtitles. I have a PlayStation2 only.
