Free DVD burners for Windows 7?

I'm looking for a free, or at least a cheap, DVD burner for Windows 7 with video editing and menu creation, similar to the features of Sonic MyDVD.

If you have upgraded to Windows 7 and are looking for a good CD/DVD Burning solution, give Radik Burning Lite a try. It might not be as popular as Nero 9 Free Edition, but it offers more features and functionalities.
It offers four different options for burning a CD/DVD – Data, Audio, Copy Disk, And Image Burning. While Nero 9 Free Edition on the other hand includes only two options Data burning and Copy burning. Even through Windows 7 has the functionality to burn ISO image file directly, this tool supports both ISO and MDS Image formats.
If you are burning a CD/DVD-RW disk, then it has a build-in option to quickly erase all data before copying new files. This is quite a handy feature for users who frequently burn disks.
Apart from the general functionality, some important features include:
•Support for IDE/EIDE, USB, SCSI, Fire wire CD/DVD Writers
    •Buffer underrun protection support
    •Support for CD-R / CD-RW / DVD-R / DVD-RW / DVD-RAM / DVD+RW
    •Multi-session CDs
    •Support for multiple simultaneous recorders
