I'm hoping someone can give me a hand. I'm trying to do a life style change and get back in shape. I'm not trying to get a bunch of ripped muscles or anything. I want to tone up and cut down on body fat. I want to learn to build a complete workout routine for all parts of the body. And get in overall great shape. I recently signed up for a gym membership and they offered 1 free personal trainer. The trainer was very good but they are just way too expensive. I'm trying to find a DVD that can educate me and help me learn how to use the gym equipment and work out smart to maximize results.

Any suggestions?
