Thread: Dvd won't play on computer...?

I have Dvds that use to work on Windows Media Player, but I tried it and now I have no clue how to play them. It use to automatically play when I inserted the disc, but now it doesn't. I've tried VLC Media Player and doesn't work either. What do I do? :-(

do to download.com at download a converter for you vids. Sometimes it needs a specific dvd player, so download one too. Its free also, and theres no spyware so it all good. It might not work because its a foreign cd? or maybe your computer doesn't play dvds. check the input cd area and see if theres a DVD logo, if theres only a cd logo, then your screwed lol. But download a dvd software or something, most dvds can't play on windows media!!

Find all latest updates for Media Player.Hopefully it might help.

after inserting the dvd, go to my computer. then select play on the dvd drive with the disk in it. hope i helped!

u need a software to play dvd movies on computer,
some of them are -
power dvd http://www.filehippo.com/download_powerdvd/

but it is a demo or u can get it free with a nero cd

or GOM player , i personally use it and think its the best

go to my computer ---> right click dvd drive and select explore. from there select the file and try to play it with vlc or media player. if it doesnt work make sure whats the file format and google it to find the appropriate player.
