is there a command to eject a dvd/cd one is stuck! thanks

In iTunes you can go to 'Controls' and 'Eject Disc'.

But if you push the button on the drive itself and it won't budge, telling the computer to do it won't make a difference?

You can manually open the drive by prying on the tray. I wouldn't advise doing that, but if it's jammed you don't really have a choice.

Open up My Computer, then right-click on the dvd or cd drive, and if you got close to the bottom it should say "Eject."

Click that, annnd Viola!
