it let me? i tried everything but it just wont play on my dvd so can someone help me quit because i have a deadline today

i do have the latest dvd player just when i burn the project it wont let me play it on my dvd it will say "dvd error" then when i put it on my mac it plays on the player whats up with that?

After you burn your DVD do just press the eject button to take out. Go to my computer and select DVD drive and select eject from the menu. This will make sure the DVD is finalized

It depends on what kind DVD's you are using. There are different formats out there. I have a Sony and it uses DVD+R but, won't play DVD-R. I had to look up my model and find out what kind of blank DVD's and manufacture it supported. I thought that you could go out and buy just any old blank DVD. Not so, try looking up your DVD player model and find out which DVD's it supports. Remember there are numerous makers of blank DVD's out there. Oh, one other thing. Your burner has to be able to support all these formats.
