Dvd burning problem with vista?

Im using vista and when I try to burn a dvd with totalvideo2dvd it goes through all the steps but at the end I get this message, "Error opening C:\Users\...\Documents\dvd\dvd output." What did I do wrong. I tried reinstalling, I tried another dvd authoring program. I think I might have caused this by deleting something. Any guesses.

output probably means your dvd in the drive, had very big problems using Philips so i tried Maxwells and was as happy as can be
