I just downloaded some DVD burning software. I want to burn DVD's that will play in the average DVD player that everyone has hooked up to their TV. Should I convert to PAL? Or NTSC?
First one who can help gets best answer. Thx.

NTSC if you are in the USA. PAL if you are not.
