I'm don't want to buy it right away since I'm not quite sure if the funimation dvd has proper english subtitles. One customer from Amazon says the english subs are a bit off. I'd just like to know what you guys who have the dvd have to say about it.

Does the Ouran DVD from FUNimation have Japanese audio with English subs?

Yes it does. Most of the Funimation dvds have the option of Japenese with the english sub.
