Okay, so I recently sent my computer in to be fixed and they replaced my CD/DVD ROM due to the previous one running too slowly and although it ran slow at times, it still played my games, DVDs and CD's. However, after they replaced it with one that would run up to speed, the new CD/DVD ROM constantly opens itself without anyone touching it, it won't play my DVD's, games, or music CD's sometimes says there isn't a disk in it even though there is, and at times it won't even open to give me back the CD so I have to restart my computer in order to retrieve it.
What's wrong with it? Should I send it back in while I still have warranty on it? What should I do?
All help is appreciated, much thanks ^_^!
