Can't view Mini DVD on PC?

Hello,
I used a camcorder to record some videos on a mini dvd. And now my computer does not even recognize the DVD. And I have no access to the camcorder.
Any suggestions on how to open and record these minidvds?

Could be the format of DVD. Try on other player not a pc.
