    can you add files to a dvd-R?

    i got 4.7gb dvd-r but i burn some 12MB size of files already..
    how can i consume the remaining free space of the dvd-r?..

    or you can't add some more files in dvd-r?..thanks

    Hi there. If you have burned files to this disk then either finalised the disk or ejected the disk, this would mean you cannot add more files to it as it is a -R not a RW. RW means re writable so you can add delete and remove files on an RW rather than an R

    No, you can only edit it if it was a DVD-RW or a DVD+RW
