I knew DVD player only support VOB, IFO and BUP files and doesn't support.avi, .mpg etc. But yesterday i purchased a dvd (4.7) from market containing six movie with .mpg file extension( there are no Auidio_TS or Video_TS folder ) and astonishingly found it fairly play in my home dvd player. Now , when i converted an home made video (avi) to mpeg-2/1 format and burn to a dvd as data it not play , why? Then how the market dvd made?
